This Cookie Policy has been prepared by Robin Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK” or the “Law”) and the Guidelines on Cookie Practices published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, in order to inform visitors about the cookies and similar technologies used on the website https://podie.co/ (the “Site”). https://podie.co/ internet sitesinde (“Site”) kullanılan çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler hakkında ziyaretçileri bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS AND APPLICATIONS
Under Article 11 of KVKK, as a “data subject,” you have certain rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. These include the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and, where such deletion or destruction takes place, request that this be notified to the relevant third parties,
- Request compensation for damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
You must submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to us in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an email address previously registered with the Company. Once your request reaches us, your identity will first be verified. Your request will then be handled free of charge within a maximum of thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request.
