CUSTOMER AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMER PRIVACY NOTICE
I. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Robin Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK” or the “Law”), published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29667, and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform (the “Communiqué”), https://podie.co/ in order to inform customers and potential customers who complete the contact and early access forms on the website located at the above address about the processes in which their personal data is processed.
II. DATA CONTROLLER
Under KVKK, natural or legal persons who determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and who are responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system are considered data controllers. For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the data controller is Robin Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, located at Reşitpaşa Mah. Katar Cad. V. PROTECTION, RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed by the Company for as long as required by the purpose for which it is processed and will, in any event, be retained until the expiry of the periods prescribed by law and determined by the data controller, including in particular applicable limitation periods.
Following the expiry of the applicable legal retention periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized from the electronic and physical environments in which it is retained, in accordance with the KVKK legislation.
VI. YOUR RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Under Article 11 of KVKK, as a “data subject,” you have certain rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. These include the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and, where such deletion or destruction takes place, request that this be notified to the relevant third parties,
- Request compensation for damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
You must submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to us in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an email address previously registered with the Company. Once your request reaches us, your identity will first be verified. Your request will then be handled free of charge within a maximum of thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request.
